Our business policies and actions relating to your Services

It is important we all work together to reduce the risk posed from Coronavirus. Focus Beauty Salon are implementing the following policies and actions in relation to the current situation:

  • Response team - A response team has been set up with colleagues from across the Focus Beauty Salon business to ensure we support the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, manage business continuity, provide clear and timely communications and minimise service disruption

  • Hand washing - Frequent hand washing is essential and should be done for at least 20 seconds with hot soapy water, or hand sanitizer if soap is not available. All our staff are sanitizing regularly and we have increased cleaning on operational equipment

  • Increased cleaning - We have increased the frequency and depth of our cleaning routines across our working floor and communal working spaces. We are asking everyone to follow our hygiene protocols

  • Self-isolation - Anyone who displays symptoms (fever or persistent cough) has been asked to follow government advice and self-isolate for the recommended period of time

    • We will continue to operate as normally as possible, however are aware we may need to make changes to some services. All the latest updates will be available on www.focusbeautysalon.com/covid19.php



    The health and safety of our customers and the staff is our highest priority. We have decided that the best course of action right now is to temporarily close our salon until further notice. We will keep you updated. We'll see you soon
